Oliver Gassmann
Oliver Gassmann is professor of technology and innovation management at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, and Director of the ITEM-HSG. He serves on international boards in industry, engineering and consulting and has coached several Fortune 500 companies in the area of innovation. His research focuses on the core question of how to lead innovation for competitive advantage.

Lukas Neumann
He is a PhDl candidate and research associate at the Chair for Innovation Management at the Institute of Technology Management (ITEM-HSG), University of St.Gallen, Switzerland since 2015. His research focus lies in frugal innovation. He manages a publically funded research project with international companies as well as a multinational strategy consultancy. He regularly conducts field research with various companies in emerging markets, such as Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia.
